1. Description of Service

Dareecha is a digital educational platform providing students in Pakistan with access to MCQ practice, past papers, textbook PDFs, custom quizzes, and entrance exam preparation materials covering 9th–12th class curricula and university entrance exams (MDCAT, ECAT, NUST NET, and others).

All content is delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to access premium content. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
• Be at least 13 years of age to register. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has consented to these Terms on your behalf.
• Notify us immediately at dareecha4@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

One account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits is prohibited.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

Dareecha offers three subscription tiers:

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via Bank Alfalah's payment gateway (Alfa). By completing a payment you authorise us to charge the stated amount.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless you explicitly choose to purchase again. Access expires automatically at the end of the paid period.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Our full refund and cancellation terms are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary:

• Daily plans are non-refundable once purchased.
• Monthly plans may be refunded within 3 days of purchase, subject to usage conditions.
• Annual plans may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, subject to usage conditions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content on the platform without our written permission.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your subscription.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract content from the platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform's technical systems.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Pakistani or international law.
• Upload, post, or transmit any harmful, offensive, or malicious content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Dareecha — including MCQs, explanations, textbook materials, past papers, and software — is the intellectual property of Dareecha or its licensors and is protected under Pakistani intellectual property law.

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own educational purposes only. This licence does not permit commercial use or redistribution.

7. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is free from errors. Dareecha is a study aid — final academic results depend on your own effort and preparation.

We do not warrant uninterrupted access; maintenance windows and outages may occur. We will aim to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dareecha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in any claim related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
