Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with Dareecha. This Policy explains when and how you can cancel your subscription or request a refund. Please read it carefully before purchasing.
Refund Eligibility by Plan

1. Daily Plan
Daily plans (Rs. 50/day) are non-refundable. Because access is granted immediately and the full 24-hour window begins upon purchase, no refund is available regardless of usage.
2. Monthly Plan
If you are not satisfied with your Monthly plan (Rs. 499), you may request a full refund within 3 calendar days of the purchase date, provided that:
- Your refund request is submitted within 3 days of purchase.
- You have accessed less than 20% of the subscription content during that period (as measured by our usage logs).
Refunds will not be granted after 3 days or if substantial content has been accessed.
3. Annual Plan
If you are not satisfied with your Annual plan (Rs. 3,600), you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the purchase date, provided that:
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- You have accessed less than 20% of the subscription content during that period.
No partial or prorated refunds are offered after the 7-day window.
4. Circumstances Under Which Refunds Are Not Available
- Refund window has expired (3 days for monthly; 7 days for annual).
- More than 20% of the content has been accessed.
- The account has been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Daily plan purchases (non-refundable regardless of circumstances).
- Purchases made through promotional or discounted pricing, unless separately stated in the promotion terms.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at dareecha4@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your registered email address.
- The plan purchased (Monthly or Annual) and the date of purchase.
- A brief reason for the refund request (optional but helpful).
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Bank Alfalah. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
6. Cancellation
Dareecha subscriptions do not auto-renew — you only pay when you choose to purchase. When your subscription period ends, your account reverts to free-tier access automatically. There is nothing to "cancel" in the traditional sense.
If you wish to ensure you are not charged again, simply do not renew when your subscription expires. If you have concerns, contact us at dareecha4@gmail.com.
