Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and online bank transfers through Bank Alfalah's secure payment gateway (Alfa). Payments are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Can I switch from daily to monthly or annual?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time. When you purchase a longer plan, it starts from the date of purchase.
Is there a free trial?
Instead of a time-limited trial, we offer a Rs. 50 daily plan. You get 24-hour full access to everything before deciding on a monthly or annual plan.
Do all plans cover every subject and board?
Yes — all plans give complete access to all grades (9th–12th), all 27 BISE boards across Pakistan, all subjects, MDCAT prep, and all entrance exams. Nothing is gated.
What is your refund policy?
Monthly plans are eligible for a full refund within 3 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Annual plans are eligible within 7 days. Daily plans are non-refundable. See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
